Shipping policy

Shipping rates:

1) Free shipping (10 working days)
You can use the free shipping option if you order more than $300.
This option will be applied to your order automatically in your cart when you place your order.

2) Standard Shipping (7-10 working days)
The price of this option is $35.

• Delivery by either method takes (10 working days)
• Gift cards are sent via standard delivery
• Please note, standard delivery may take longer for remote locations. Please note: delays of 2-5 days may occur

Time frame for order processing:

We aim to ship your garment(s) no later than 3 days after your Order is received. 
Shipping time varies between countries and is expected to take between 6 and 18 days.

• Shipping to the USA takes 7-10 business days.
• Shipping to the EU takes 8-12 business days.
• Delivery within Ukraine takes 1-3 days. (To place an order with delivery in Ukraine, please write us an email to help@heymimisisters.com).
• Shipping to other countries takes 12 to 18 business days.

Packing:
Your order will be packaged in minimal weight packaging materials that will satisfactorily protect your product in transit.
